How do I reduce the pressure from 3 bar?

I have a Ravensheat combination boiler (don't know the model)and the pressure guage is on 3bar.
Do I just release water from radiators?

Yes you do - the easiest way is to take water from the bleed valve itself. It takes a while because you'll need to remove a couple of pints, so be patient!
