The drum on my Zanussi jet system excel 1250 makes a terrible racket when it spins. I think the drum is loose. My clothes come out covered in limescale. I need to know how to get inside it to take a look and what to look for that might be broken. Then I need to know how to fix it. I don't know very much about washing machines but I'm generally good at fixing things. I fix most of my electronic stuff.
think the bearing's have gone these are located between the large pulley on back of drum & inside drum, need to remove pulley & drum to remove broken bearing's &replace new one's
