how can i fix my gainsborough 8.5 scl?

my gainsborough 8.5 scl suddenly stopped , the water trickles out and what water that does manage to seep out is cold.

it will be cold if it's only a trickle. as you need at least 1bar to activate the heating elements. is the filter blocked or the solenoid valve not fully opening ?
