how can i fix my AEG lavamat turbo?

when the machine is on a full wash cycle it stops, flashing error code E20? what does this mean, i dont have a manual so i would be greatful for any advice. Thank you.

not draining error code.check filter and drain hose for blockages.if you put machine on drain program can you hear drain pump running ?.if drain pump buzzes then it could be jammed or faulty.
