Mend Diplomat ADP4520 Working Yesterday Lights

our diplomat oven isnt working ADP4520?

we have a double oven & the main one didnt work yesterday when put on, the top one is ok , the lights ( to say its on ) are on , is it the element ? and does an electrician need to fix it ? does anyone know of a company who fix these ovens ?
