THERE IS A FUSE IN THE MECHANISM INSIDE LOO WHERE THE WHERE THE TANK LOCATES INTO THE OPENING KNOB. MINE STOPPED FLUSHING AND IT WAS THE PUMP THAT HAD FAILED. I GOT MINE AS A REPAIR KIT FROM CAKTANKS SALES@CAKTANKS.CO.UK IT FITTED BACK WELL THEY SUPPLIED A SET OF PRINTED PICTURE INSTRUTIONS IN THE KIT AND LOO WORKS FINE NOW.

there will be a fuse somewhere, but it might be problem at the switch. you will have to remove it to find out. It could also be a pump problem as I know they do give problems. wish you luck. Doug
