i have just broken the water tank of my new Russell Hobbs Steamglide2200. My daughter had just bouthg it for my anniversary yesterday! i have telephoned Customer Services at 0845 658 9700 and a very pleasant helpful assistant will be sending me a replacement for £5.62 including postage. (you may need to hold the line for a couple of mins., but they will answer) Hope this helps
