worcester 350 combi boiler?

could be low pressure, but 350 has a low pressure cut out check pressure is at 1 to 1.5 bar if not, fill at filling loop if presure is ok must be pump ,there are two on this boiler one hot water one heating ,call heating eng to fix will cost aprox 100 150 plus vat
