how do i fix headlights on a 92 corsca that wont turn on?

Two things to have checked out here....1) the main on/off switch for the headlamps 2) The relay that actually switches the things when asked to do so by the main switch. Usually its (2), but I've really no idea what a chevvy corsca actually is - so I'm generalising a bit - but I shouldn't be far off.
