In my 2003 nissan almera the CD will not eject although it will play?

When I press the eject button a grating noise is heard but the CD doesn`t eject

well known issue on almera/ tino units. The answer is to send away to recommended repairer or get similar unit on e-bay or take your credit card to your Nissan dealer- sorry!!
