Mend Baxi 130 HE Boiler Heating Error

baxi 130 probs?

Hi all my Baxi 130 HE is giving me problems, the error is L9 which is fan, i re-set it then its fine for a while, any ideas

is this a common fault with BAXI? my fan alarm is on and it takes an age for the water to get hot. if it gets hot at all.

The possable cause is the inner door seel breaking away and the excess heat coming out and hitting the fan sensor, which will give that fault.

I look after 140 of these boilers and they are all a pain in the a*@£e, sorry if this upsets you.
