Mend Diplomat ADP4550 Oven Repair Fault

How do I fix the door on my Diplomat Double Oven ADP4550?

I have just fitted my new Diplomat double oven ADP4550 and the top oven/grill door has become disconnected on the right hand side. Can anyone advise if the door is removeable and if so how to connect it, otherwise is this a fault.

SNAP!! We have exactly the same problem - we have managed to remove it by lifting the left hinge upwards while keeping the door opened and supported.

I telephoned the helpline - there are no diagrams available and there was nobody I could speak to!

I guess we will have to pay someone who has the "knack" and the knowledge. This also happened on our Diplomat range cooker and it cost £40 for 5 seconds "work"!!!

Next time - we will NOT buy Diplomat - no help, no website, no downloads - useless. Sorry cannot be of more help - but if I work it out - will post again.
