no power to my delonghi dfs901ss cooker?

while my over was on the power just stopped completely. i have no electric at all oven , clock or ring ignision. there is no external fuse that i can find. can anyone help please as it christmas and i know from experience that its impossible to get anyone to work on a delonghi in this area. please please please help
