Zanussi jetsystem 1200 xc?

Hello, The softener wont add to the wash. Any suggestions? Does the solenoid operate at 240v ac?

cleaning out the dust filter (front of machine, bottom right) worked for me. It was blocked with a disgusting munge of grey soggy fibres that stank!

Well, I have this problem and I emptyed out the fluff filter from the bottom right had side AT THE FRONT! Not at the back... so I thought I was wrong and opened what I thought might have been something that was blocked on the back and water went everywhere and flooded my utility room!! I HATE WASHING MACHINES:-/

According to another site on the net if you remove the back of the machine on the right hand side there is a plastic condensor that goes from the tray at the bottom to the top. This can get filled with fluff which causes the E20 error during a drying cyle. Empty the filter and hey presto it should work.

Guess what I am trying tonight.
