Mend AEG F650701B Dishwasher Dishes Cycle

Why has my AEG dishwasher stopped drying the dishes?

My AEG Favorit dishwasher, F650701B is only 3 years old. Without warning, the dishes at the end of the cycle are wet and cold. We have checked that the heating element is electrically OK. Is there a computer chip that has stopped giving a command to heat the water? Can we order and replace it ourselves?

Don't have an answer for this but our AEG (same model, 2 years old) has just started doing the same thing!

How did you get access to the heating element to check that it was OK?
