westinghouse freestyle forcefan 662.Grill,light and fan work but not oven?

When i turn on oven,light comes on,fan comes on and grill light comes on, but not oven. Grill works when i sent on grill. I think its the capacitor - what do you think?

The element has failed.
Had exactly the same problem. Serviceman came, removed the back cover from around the fan, replaced the element...it is circular in shape.
This took the guy approx 10 mins .....for you $175.00.
I will do it myself next time.
