is it possible to defrag mobile phones?

is it possible 2 defrag mobile phones & is it necessary or recommended? I have nokia 6120c.

yes it is, connect the phone to a pc, go to my computer, your phone should come up on there, the right click on your phone and if defragment is available then there ya go. you can defrag memory cards if it comes up as that.
