I have had to download a dll (advrcntr2.dll and I would like to know how to?

Can I download advrcntrr2.dll software anyway.

This sounds like a Nero problem. Have you tried to uninstall/install Nero lately? If you, you need to go to
http://www.nero.com/eng/downloads-cleantools.html to cleanout the registry entries. Somewhere the registry is asking for a file that you no longer have. YOu may not need it for the other applications, but the registry is trying to find it.
