Mend Hotpoint Dryer Start Machine

How can I fix my Hotpoint Condenseer dryer?

When I close the door to start the machine it trips my
electricity.

Hotpoint Household Appliances, Tumble Dryers Dryer Start Machine

The trip is a fail safe device to protect against electrocution and or damage to your domestic wiring. You would need a meter to find what is causing the fault. Cost of meter is practically the cost of a new machine.
