all the hands on my watch stopped the second hand just flikcs in the same spot once in a while and the twist button wont pullout, the battery is brand new what could be causing this
It could be the movement needs replacing. This is possible but often costly. Also try to find a friendly and sensible watch repairer (one place I took my Accurist to just gave it me straight back saying it was not worth it!! Yeah for him...) as he/she may be able to test it.
By twist button I assume you mean the crown (changes time etc)...this could be the result of ingress of water into main chamber. Check for rust however small using magnifiying glass etc.
