How do you unlock TV model 20F512T RCA TruFlat?

My daughter accidentally locked the tv and it won't turn back on. Is there a button or series of buttons you can push to unlock it?

i have turn on a luck on my tv it wass a fva luck or something like that and then i turn off the tv and it will not come back on what can i do too make it come on
