How can I fix my Ford Mondeo MK2 1998 2L Automatic Ghia?

My Mondeo has a noise on pulling away. It is a rasping noise and it sounds as though the sump is being scrapped on a speed bump. I have been told that it is to do with the front engine mount but I have replaced that as the old one was worn a bit but I still get the noise. I have also been told that it is to do with the gasket from cat to manifold downpipe but that is OK. The car even makes the noise when reversing. This noise is only on initial start up and pull away, if I have to stop at lights etc there is no noise when I pull away. Any ideas would be appreciated.
