my eureka bagless altima has lost its suction?

Eureka Altima Suction: I had the same problem. Cleaned all filters, cleared all hoses. Great suction using attachments - not so great using the upright vaccuum. Roller was turning, belt was new, and I was very friustrated. Took it to my brother who had it resolved inten minutes - SOLUTION - The height adjustment was not working correctly - the roller was too high, so not picking up stuff off the carpet. I had used the dial to adjust, but it was n ot working correctly, so I thought I had it on low setting, but it was not. My vac is only a few months hold - not used much - I definitely would not recommend this model.
