how do I fit Fan Heater Resistor in my 2001 Vauxhall Zafira?

Remove panel below glovebox (2 clips and 2 screws), then remove glovebox itself (4 screws, be careful to remove wiring clip attached to glovebox light). Unbolt metal plate (4 bolts/washers) and withdraw 1 plastic clip then remove plate. Pull off plastic duct. Remove silver clips to open flap and withdraw pollen filter, you will see resistor unit at top of duct. Push gently from below to remove, then unplug wiring multiplug. The instructions below show you how to remove the pollen filter which is almost the same job.
