Mend Scantronic 9827 Fitted Fault Reset

HOW CAN i fix my scantronic 9827?

Moved in to house with 9827 fitted, fault showing on indications, no manual to be able to reset , locate fault etc.

hi Dave your Santronic 9827 is the keypad that goes with a Scantronic 9800+ panel.
