Mend Saunier Duval 30e Boiler Switching Main

No power to Saunier Duval 30e?

My saunier duval boiler is not switching on or showing any signs of power. I have ensured the main circuit board is recieving power, the intenal fuse is ok and the switch is working correctly.

I have also replaced the main circuit board and am still not getting it to come on does anyone have any ideas of what I could check?
