fix my computer freeze?

Right, first thing i would do is ask you if you have updated your operating system , and what operating system are you running. ie XP PRO/ VISTA etc.

when does it freeze, what protection software like anti virus etc do you use on your system . When was the last time you defragmented your system and what software do you use to do this.

Have you installed or updated any software on your system before this happened.

Do you get any error messages

are you a new user of broadband, as most common for new broadband users is that their system is clogged with spy ware etc and makes their system and internet speed freeze etc.

First confirm using an antivirus that your computer is not infected by any virus.If it does not detect any virus then restart your computer start pressing F8 a startup screen will appear select safe mode now press Alt+Ctrl this will open task manager,In that select the processes tab search for any dangerous process you can identify it as the process taking maximum cpu usage.This process is a virus it is not detected by any antivirus.Such processes slow down the computer.Try ending it ,if it does not then there is a software named system mechanic pro 7 it provides a service for your start up manager ie the processes that are to be loaded when the computer starts.Revmove the suspicious process but be sure you do not delete the system process or you have to format your pc and install everything back.For more info feel free to contact me my cell no. is +919898138667 my email is talha_mostwanted786@yahoo.co.in
