HOW DO I FIX MY DIPLOMAT DISHWASHER?

My Diplomat Dishwasher (model ADP8352) switches on, but there is no response from the program or timer button. If I press the on/off and the P button simultaneously ALL the LEDs light up, and when I press the program button when they are all lit, water starts to pump into the machine and then stops. I have tried pressing the program button 4 times repeatedly, but nothing seems to be happening. The dishwasher is one year old and has not had heavy use. Help!
