Mend Candy Aquaviva 1300 Dryer Element Blows

How can i fix my Candy Aquaviva 1300 washer dryer?

The heating element of the dryer is getting hot but the motor that blows the air into the dryer is not going round. There is power to the motor is there any way to test if the motor has gone wrong.

If the fan rotates freely when pushed, but the fan doesn't work, the motor coil must be gone. If the fan feels tight it may be accumulated fluff or fan bearing faiklure.
