My Ford Fiesta Encore 1.3 (98), is not starting. Its got battery power, fuel and everything else seems fine. But the car is not starting, and the engine just ticks over and does not get close to starting.
Did you mange to sort it? I'm having the same problem. Tempted in disconnecting the battery.

do you mean the engine turns over very slow when using starter motor or is engine just ticking over and wont rev?

Try taking out the plugs and clean and gap them,check you are getting a spark to the plugs,make sure you have plenty fuel in tank and if it doesnt go with key, try towing it.
