its either heater rad no good or an air lock feel hoses coming from heater rad should both be warm try running engine without rad cap get rid of airlock

if the above fails it could be your heater matrix in the dash board req a new one fitted

Usually the coolant thermostat is stuck open. The fix is to fit a new one.
