Mend Worcester Bosch 28CDI Combination Boiler Years

Worcester bosch 28cdi combination boiler how can i fix it?

This boiler is 8 years old it will now only work if the temprature nob is turned full on so you either have the house red hot or cold if you attempt to turn it down the boiler just cuts in and out.

anyone help please
