How to fix a Lexar 1GB jump drive?

I have a Lexar 1GB that has all my work files on it. (including billing and payroll) I came home from the weekend and went to use it. It won't light up and the computer does not read that it is plugged in. I looked in the device manager and I can't find it there either. I tried 2 other computers also and have the same problem. I'm very despirate as I need to pay my employee's in 4 days.

My friend, the only solution is to put it in the garbage bin. That's why they cost only 20 dollars (made in China). I had exactly the same problem and Lexar Support never replied my emails. Next make a back-up of the important files.
