Beko WMB61431 B lights up but wont run?

thanks for quick reply ( it was friend honest i was called when the problem arose) anyway water supply to machine is fine , carbon on motor fine, its once powered up and select programme the READY light will stay luminated . only thing you here is door lock.

Do not blame your friend.

Consider that he turned off the water tap to do the work and forgot to turn it on again when he was finished.

It may also be possible that the water inlet valve has failed - you might ask your friend to look at it - but do not nag at him else you'll lose a friend.

Your machine will not operate without water - it's the essential first step will all machines.
