Zanussi fridge freezer can it be fixed?

alarm will come on if the freezer gets to around -12deg c.this may well appear to be working as food is still frozen at -12 but is to high to keep the food safely over longer periods.It is very difficult to diagnose this issue without testing bits.common issues are defrost heater not working or sensors faulty.poor compressor/lack of gas or even a faulty pcb.expect to pay £100+ to get this sorted and MOST general repairers will not attempt to repair this due to it being frost free so be warned if calling out someone to look at it!!
