how to "unglue" broken piece of ceramic?

a piece of ceramic was glued on crooked - I think superglue was used to glue it. Is there anything to use to unglue it so I can place the piece on properly to re-glue it?

I broke a china lid to a storage jar ,i super glued it and its un even ,how could i remove super glue and repair it properly ,thank you
