It should be under warranty. Contact the retailer to get it replaced.

I have a Breville JE16 Juice extractor and the black casing that the grater sits in has broken. Where and how can I find a replacement part? Although the Australian/NZ service centre looks well organised, the UK equivalent (Pulse) seems to be difficult to interface with. Help?

If your kettles leaking the only thing you can do is make sure all the screws are tight. The manufacturers now stop you getting into their appliances by fitting the odd special fixing. If you are handy with a drill you can drill out the fixings and make your repair. Its often very simple and obvious what is wrong and if you muck up your kettle or toaster then you have'nt lost much as getting it repaired is a rip off anyway. You might as well go and buy a new one.
