Whats wrong with my Boiler ,sime farmat 80c?

Hi there

I realy need help with my boiler, everything turns on fine apart from when its about to fire up, well it doesnt and there a flashing amber light on the front. The pump starts going, the fan doesnt, and theres no power gowing to the fan or the white switch next to the fan. Does thins mean i need a new pcb and wheres the cheapest place to get it from. regards Gareth
