Recent: Safely remove screen protector from a Macbook Air?

Mend Bruno 950 Going Second Drifts

My 950 stairlift jerks going down?

It is ok going up but it only runs for a second then drifts about three feet before doing it again going down. It runs OK empty both directions. ANy suggestions?
