will not turn on even when green light on with power to it

i have the green light on but the TomTom won't turn on?

when i connect the TomTom sat nav to the power i have the green light on but the TomTom won't turn on

my mio 268+ wont charge ?

It charges on240v but not on 12v Isit a blown diode
