sounds like your bearings have gone, that happened to ours, we have a 5-year extended warranty, engineer replaced bearings and has managed to f*&^k the machine up , he has taken it home to be"tested" and says it is because I am not putting a towel in when I do a wash!!expecting it back today with his Bu**Sh*t answers......never get an extended warranty from currys, they DO NOT REPLACE A FAULTY MACHINE....anyway good luck Steve, and replace the bearings otherwise you may damage it beyond repair.
