My grandaughters 14" TV combi won't play any of her discs. Each time she puts a disc in it shows 'No Disc' on screen even though when I put a cleaning disc in it will play both sound and vision perfectly. Answers please.

I have just baught a New 22" Beko Tv DVD combi and the dvd will not play, I put in a cd and that played , however no luck with any DVD , I tryed several types of DVD's, it must be a fault with beko. I am going to Bring mine back

Go into the menu settings and make sure the correct format has been selected. eg PAL for UK. NTSC for USA..
