whats the problem hotpoint aquarius condenser dryer?

it seems to be heating up you can see the elements at the back glowing red but there is never any water to empty and the clothes do not dry.

its working but not getting hot and drying the clothes. I've cleaned out the filter at the bottom, the fluff collector and ensured there is no water in the storage collector.

try cleaning out the condenser unit, flush it out with water completely then let dry before putting it back in the machine, mine had the same problem and this fixed it. remember to unplug it before pulling out the condenser unit. hope this helps
