how to remove the starter motor on my vauxhall vectra 2.5 v6 sri?

3 hour job for v6 - 2 wires and 2 bolts. top bolt very difficult. torque bolts supposed to remove drive shaft first

I have a similar problem with an L reg vauxhall corsa. There are 2 bolts to be removed but where the hell are they ? Can't get to s/motor from the top, too much in the way, can't get to s/motor from underneath as also too much in the way. Do Vauxhall expect us to remove half the engine just to get the damn thing out ??
