oven wont heat up?

Not sure if the manual will help you much though.

Are you able to see that the element heats up and turns red?
If not you need a replacement element.

Does the fan operate when the door is closed? The oven door needs to be closed for the heater and fan to operate, usually the case with most ovens.

I have a Creda oven at present which is not heating up fully, because the fan is no longer working. I am trying to figure out at present whether I can get a replacement fan and replace it myself.
