Pull out the machine. Open Door there are 4 screws that will disconect the side panels. Take them off. Disconnect the door spring. There are two screws in the back near the bottom take them off. You should now be able to lift the Tub off the base and you will be able to access anything that makes this washer tick. This hint cost me $200 to watch a repairman fix my dishwasher
