my daughter has kicked the player part and the picture now wont load?

My daughter kicked the player part of the above and now the picture will not load, it just says that the film is loading. Any ideas what may have happened and is it fixable?
If not then is there somewhere we can buy the player with out having to buy the screens as they work fine.
