Mend Renault Clio 1.4 sport 2001

Squeaking from front wheels Renault Clio 1.4 sport 2001?

Only makes noise when turning left/right ? Sounds like a mouse in the wheel - something rubbing/grinding - more severe sound when turning right as it squeaks & grinds ???
Is it bearings ???
Is it bottom ball joint ???
Is it Track rod end ???

Can anyone help before a garage gets involved ???

Ive had the same problem with my 2000 clio 1.4 sport. I took it to a garage and explained the squeak and they sorted it easily. I think it was related to a worn out driveshaft which i have now had replaced.
