Mend Vauxhall Frontera Cold Air Car

how can i fix my heating on my Vauxhall Frontera Nreg?

The heating on my Frontera doesnt work, all it blows out is cold air even when the car has been running for a couple of hours.

two things, it could be the water inlet valve that is stuck or possibly the thermostat in the cooling system that is stuck open
