HOW TO REMOVE REAR ENGING MOUNT ON FORD MONDEO 2.5 V6?

I HAVE A 1997 FORD MONDEO 2.5 V6,THE REAR ENGINE MOUNT NEEDS REPLACEING,I AM WONDERING IF I HAVE TO LOWER THE SUB FRAMETO REMOVE THE MOUNT.
